Data Deletion
Muchita AI
Effective date: June 7, 2026
Muchita AI products don't require an account, and most of your data stays on your device or in your own browser session. This page covers data deletion for both Muchita Image Studio (Android) and Muchita Shopping (Chrome extension).
Request deletion
To request deletion of data associated with a Muchita AI product, email privacy@muchita.ai with the subject "Delete Muchita AI data" and tell us which product.
Include what you want deleted and any information needed to find it, such as the email address you used to contact us, the approximate date of a feedback message or report, or optional diagnostics details from the app if available.
Data we can delete
- Feedback messages you sent through Image Studio, when we can identify the message.
- "Found a better price?" reports you chose to send from Muchita Shopping, when we can identify them.
- Related support or privacy correspondence linked to your request.
- Optional analytics or crash diagnostics where the data can be identified and the service provider supports deletion.
Muchita Shopping data
The Muchita Shopping extension keeps your settings and cached exchange rates locally in your browser — remove them by clearing the extension's data or uninstalling it. The only data it ever sends us is a "found a better price?" report, and only if you choose to send one; email us to have those deleted. See the Muchita Shopping privacy policy.
Data on your device
Images, prompts, generated results, saved outputs, settings, and temporary working files are stored locally on your device. You can delete local data by deleting saved outputs, clearing app data in Android settings, or uninstalling the app.
Data we may keep
We may keep limited records when needed for security, legal compliance, abuse prevention, debugging, or legitimate business records. We may also keep anonymous or aggregated data that no longer identifies a user or device.
Data already shared by you with another app or service, such as an image exported through Android sharing, is controlled by that app or service.
Optional diagnostics
If you enabled optional analytics or crash reports, you can turn them off in the app settings. Turning them off asks Firebase Analytics to stop collection and reset analytics data on the device, and asks Firebase Crashlytics to stop collection and delete unsent reports.
Uploaded anonymous diagnostics may be difficult to identify without an app-specific identifier. If we cannot identify the data connected to your request, we will explain that in our response.
Response time
We aim to respond to deletion requests within 30 days. We may ask for additional information if needed to verify or locate the requested data.
