Clear data from Chrome
Open Muchita Settings → Privacy → Reset all local data to stop active work and clear extension-managed local and session data. Removing the extension also removes its Chrome-managed local storage.

Muchita Shopping has no account. Most product and shopping data stays in extension storage on your device.
Request deletion
Email privacy@muchita.ai with the subject “Delete Muchita Shopping data.” Include the approximate date and enough context to locate feedback or a report you chose to send.
Data you chose to send
Muchita can delete identifiable general feedback or “Found a better price?” reports when there is enough information to locate them. Related support or privacy correspondence can also be deleted when applicable.
Turning optional analytics off deletes the extension’s local random identifier and stops future events. It cannot recall events already processed under Google Analytics retention controls.
Functional providers
Price checks make functional requests to search providers, comparison sites, image hosts, and retailers. Their privacy and deletion controls apply to the ordinary connection data and requests they receive.
Response and retention
We aim to respond within 30 days. Limited records may be kept when required for security, legal compliance, abuse prevention, debugging, or legitimate business records.
