What the Extension does

The Extension helps you compare the price of a product you are viewing against offers found through Google, Bing, DuckDuckGo, supported comparison sites and marketplaces, and online retailers from your browser. It is a convenience tool to assist your own shopping decisions.

No warranty; accuracy of prices

The Extension is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Prices, availability, shipping estimates, currency conversions, and product matches are derived from third-party sources and automated matching, and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or out of date. You are responsible for verifying any price or offer on the retailer's own website before purchasing.

Acceptable use

Use the Extension only for lawful, personal shopping purposes and in compliance with applicable laws and the terms of the websites you visit. Do not attempt to misuse, reverse engineer for harmful purposes, overload, or interfere with the Extension or the services it relies on.

Third-party sites and services

The Extension interacts with third-party websites and services, including Google, Bing, DuckDuckGo, comparison sites, marketplaces, image hosts, and online retailers. Muchita AI does not control those sites and is not responsible for their content, prices, availability, or practices. Their own terms and policies govern the queries, images, page requests, and ordinary connection data they receive.

Muchita Shopping is an independent product of Muchita AI. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google, Microsoft/Bing, DuckDuckGo, Chrome, any comparison service, marketplace, or retailer. Product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe interoperability.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Muchita AI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from purchasing decisions made using the Extension, including reliance on prices or offers it displays.

Changes and termination

We may update the Extension or these Terms from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. You may stop using the Extension at any time by removing it from your browser.
