Information processed on your device

The app may process prompts, sketches, selected images, camera captures, pasted images, masks, generated images, edits, model files, settings, and temporary working files on your device. This processing is used to provide image creation, image editing, inpainting, saving, sharing, undo/redo, model download, and app performance features.

Local app files may remain on your device until the app cleans them up, you delete app data, or you uninstall the app. Images you explicitly save are written to your device photo library.

Information sent over the network

Muchita AI Image Studio uses the network to check app update information, download AI model files, and submit feedback when you choose to send it. These requests may reveal standard technical information to our hosting providers, such as IP address, request time, app version, and basic request metadata.

Model downloads and update checks are used to keep the app working with the required on-device models. They do not require an account.

Feedback

If you use "Send us feedback," the app sends your message, locale, app id, and app version to our feedback service. Do not include sensitive information in feedback unless you want us to receive it.

Feedback is processed through Web3Forms so we can read and respond to user reports. Web3Forms may process that submission according to its own privacy practices.

Optional analytics and crash reports

The app includes Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics. In the current release, both are off until you choose to enable them in the app. You can change those choices in Settings.

If enabled, analytics may collect app usage events, app version, device model, operating system information, approximate technical diagnostics, and interaction information used to understand which features are used. If enabled, crash reports may collect crash logs, stack traces, app version, device model, operating system information, and diagnostics needed to investigate crashes.

We do not intentionally send your photos, prompts, generated images, or account information to Firebase. The app does not have user accounts.

Camera, photos, clipboard, notifications, and sharing

The app requests camera access only when you choose to take a photo. It accesses photos, pasted images, or shared images only when you choose to import them. It may request notification permission to show progress while long-running local work or model downloads continue in the background.

When you share an output, Android sends the selected image to the app or service you choose. Their privacy practices are controlled by that third party, not by Muchita AI.

Ads and purchases

The current release does not include third-party advertising or in-app purchases. If we add ads, subscriptions, or a paid upgrade such as removing ads, we will update this Privacy Policy and the Google Play Data safety form to reflect those changes before or with the release that includes them.

Third-party services

The app or website may use service providers for hosting, model downloads, feedback, analytics, crash reporting, app distribution, and security. These providers may process technical data needed to provide their services.

How we use information

We use information to provide app features, download required models, maintain reliability, understand optional diagnostics, investigate crashes, review feedback, improve the app, prevent abuse, comply with legal obligations, and protect Muchita AI, users, and the app.

Retention and deletion

Local images, prompts, generated results, settings, and temporary files remain on your device according to app behavior and Android storage rules. You can delete local data by deleting outputs, clearing app data, or uninstalling the app.

Optional feedback and diagnostics are kept only as long as reasonably needed for support, safety, debugging, analytics, legal, and business purposes. If you disable analytics, the app asks Firebase Analytics to stop collection and reset analytics data. If you disable crash reports, the app asks Crashlytics to stop collection and delete unsent reports.

Children

Muchita AI Image Studio is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through feedback or another channel, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

International processing

Service providers may process information in countries other than your own. We use these providers to operate the app, website, feedback, analytics, crash reporting, hosting, and distribution.

Security

We use technical and organizational measures intended to protect information we process. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but the app is designed to minimize network transfer of your creative work by processing image generation and editing locally on your device.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the app, services, legal requirements, or privacy practices change. The effective date at the top shows when this policy was last updated.
